The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially for travelers coming from the train station in Puno. There are also several coffee shops and restaurants nearby where you can enjoy free wifi access. it is a short walk up to the Plaza, where you can find shops and restaurants.
One downside is that the rooms can be a bit tired-looking and cold, although they do provide radiators to help with the cold.

Great accommodation for the price. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the main attractions and shops. The breakfast provided a good selection of food and drink to start the day off right. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The room could have been a bit cleaner and repairs were needed to some furnishings. The area around the hotel could be noisy at times, but this was to be expected for a city location.

Room was dirty and uncomfortable, with no hot water and poor heating. Staff's English was limited, making communication difficult.
